Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University in Kingston (2004). Jennifer went on to complete her Intermediate Manual Therapy Degree (2007) and her Advanced Manual Therapy Degree (2009). Jennifer has completed two levels of acupuncture through AFCI. In 2008, Jennifer completed her training in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation for neuropathic conditions. In the spring of 2011, Jennifer started her Women’s Health training with a focus on pelvic floor conditions. By 2016, she had completed her final level in the Uro Santé Women’s Health training. As an adjunct to her education with Uro Santé, Jennifer completed Level 1 in the Bellies Inc training for optimal pelvic health. Jennifer integrates her knowledge of manual therapy and dey needling with her hands-on pelvic floor treatment to work with both men and women with pelvic floor conditions.
Sarah is a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and completing her Masters in Physiotherapy at McMaster University (2005). Her practice is rooted in evidence based-care with advanced training in manual orthopedic therapy, women's health, and integrated dry needling. She has certifications through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Pelvic Health Academy, and in Integrated Dry Needling allowing her to offer a comprehensive and personal approach to treatment of her patients.
As co-owner of Miltowne Physiotherapy she is especially passionate about empowering women through all stages of life with specialized care in pelvic health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and menopause. She takes a hands on, whole body approach with intentional movement as the key to healing and living well.

Stephanie wanted to be a physiotherapist from a young age. She now feels fortunate to be able to work in a profession she truly loves. Steph enjoys problem solving and working with her clients to help with any injury they encounter. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours degree in Kinesiology (2003) and McMaster University with a M.Sc. in Physiotherapy (2005). Since graduating, Stephanie has completed courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, Mulligan mobilizations, non-internal pelvic floor, exercise prescription, and more. She successfully obtained certification in acupuncture (CAFCI) in 2008 and Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation certification (Gunn IMS) in 2012. As well, she completed her Advanced Diploma of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) in 2014. Stephanie is passionate about dry needling and uses it extensively in her solo practice. She previously was an instructor in the Integrated Dry Needling system. She loves to teach people the skill of dry needling as she knows it will become an integral part of each physiotherapist’s practice!
